1. Who this applies to
This account deletion process applies to SillaraPoint app users and merchant users managed by SillaraPoint.
2. How to request account deletion
- In-app, if available: go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account and submit your request.
- Email request: send an email to privacy@sillarapoint.com from your registered email address.
To protect your account, we may request verification before processing deletion.
3. Data that will be deleted
- Account profile data such as name, contact details, and account identifiers.
- Sills account and usage profile linked to your account.
- Associated device tokens and notification subscriptions.
4. Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution obligations.
- Sills activity and partner reconciliation records required for audit or compliance.
- Security and fraud-prevention logs.
5. Retention period
Retained records are kept only for the minimum required period, generally up to 90 days after deletion request completion unless a longer period is required by law.
